Since the early 1980s, Cowlitz PUD has offered customers a variety of residential, commercial and industrial energy conservation programs. In 2005-2006 the PUD invested $3.0 million in these energy conservation programs, made available with credits provided by BPA conservation programs funded through utility rates.
