Thanks for visiting Cowlitz PUD's website. Our main office at 961 12th Avenue in Longview is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to serve you. Our telephone number is (360) 423-2210 or WA toll free at (800) 631-1131.

You may sign up for or discontinue electric (or water) service by visiting or calling our office. We also offer bill paying services, overdue billing consultation, energy conservation assistance and engineering services.

For your convenience we have a payment drive-up window which is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. Payment drop boxes are available around the clock at the front door and in the main driveway…plus you can pay your bill at one of our pay stations.

After hours emergencies and power outages
We have a 24-hour dispatcher you can call if your power is out or if your PUD water service has been interrupted. Just use the phone numbers above…any day of the week and any time of the day. If a widespread power outage is underway, you may receive a recorded message.
