Our main office at 961 12th Avenue in Longview is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to serve you. Our telephone number is 1-360-423-2210 or WA toll free at 1-800-631-1131.

You may start, stop or transfer electric service by visiting or calling our office. We also offer bill paying services, overdue billing consultation, energy conservation assistance and engineering services. Online service are available when you are registered and logged in to our My Accounts page.

For your convenience we accept telephone payments with a bank card all day, every day. Just call one of the numbers above and select option #2 from the menu. We have a payment drive-up window which is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Payment drop boxes are available around the clock at the front door and in the main driveway... plus you can pay your bill at one of our pay stations.

After hours emergencies and power outages
We have a 24-hour Outage Alert Hotline at 360-423-1200 or toll free at1-855-49-POWER. This automated system works by identifying your phone number to your address. If this service does not appear to work properly when you call, contact our Customer Service off at 1-360-423-2210 during business hours and ask to update your primary telephone number in your account record.
