Covid-19 Customer Support Programs
The following programs are available to Cowlitz PUD customers who need assistance paying their PUD bills due to economic hardship as the result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Cowlitz PUD requests customers with overdue bills to contact PUD Customer Service for assistance at 360.423.2210.
Warm Neighbor Program
Pledge assistance up to $300 for qualifying low-income customers.
Discounted Rate Program
Reduced electric rate for qualifying low-income senior citizens (62+) or disabled customers. Contact Lower Columbia CAP at 360.425.3430 to schedule an appointment.
Pledge assistance up to $1,000 for qualifying low-income customers. Schedule an appointment with Lower Columbia CAP at www.lowercolumbiacap.org.
Various options such as:
- Budget Pay – 12-months of equal payments
- PrePay Debt Recovery – 25% of each payment goes towards your past due amount
- Payment Plan – customized payment plan based on individual needs
