Warm Neighbor Corporate Sponsorship

Every month thousands of Cowlitz County families struggle to pay their utility bill. We have created the Warm Neighbor Program to help families needing short-term assistance. As a publicly owned utility, we rely 100% on donations to fund this program.

Many of our customers needing emergency assistance are dealing with unexpected situations such as loss of job, medical emergencies or other financial burdens. This one-time assistance often is all families need to get back on their feet. Qualifying applicants must be in a disconnect situation, low-income up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level and are eligible for assistance once every 12 months.
