NOTICE OF PROPOSED ADJUSTMENT TO

COMMISSIONER DISTRICT BOUNDARIES

PURSUANT TO RCW 54.12.010

PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 OF COWLITZ COUNTY, WASHINGTON

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the PUD Board of Commissioners is proposing an adjustment to the commissioner district boundaries as required by RCW 54.12.010 following the 2020 Census.  A proposed plan is available here (PDF), or by contacting Monica Petterson at mpetterson@cowlitzpud.org or (360) 501-9154.  Public comment will be accepted at the regular meeting of Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. virtually via Microsoft Teams.  Public comment may also be submitted prior to November 9, 2021 by email to mpetterson@cowlitzpud.org, or by U.S. mail or delivery to Cowlitz PUD, 961 12th Avenue, Longview, WA 98632.
