NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 OF COWLITZ COUNTY, WASHINGTON

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Cowlitz County, Washington will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at its Regular Meeting scheduled for 2:00 p.m. at the John Searing Auditorium, 961 12th Avenue, Longview, WA 98632 and remotely via Microsoft Teams.  The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment on the District’s consideration of the new standards contained within the federal Public Utilities Regulation Policy Act (PURPA) regarding demand response/demand flexibility and electric vehicle charging.
