PROPOSED ADJUSTMENT TO COMMISSIONER DISTRICT BOUNDARIES

REVISED PLAN – UPDATED DECEMBER 7, 2021

PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 OF COWLITZ COUNTY, WASHINGTON

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the PUD Board of Commissioners have set the Regular meeting of Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams as the time and place to hold a Public Hearing regarding the proposed adjustment to the commissioner district boundaries as required by RCW 54.12.010 following the 2020 Census, including a revised plan dated December 7, 2021, at which time members of the public may appear and be heard regarding the whole or any part thereof.  Public comment may also be submitted by email to mpetterson@cowlitzpud.org, or by U.S. mail or delivery to Cowlitz PUD, 961 12th Avenue, Longview, WA 98632 prior to December 14, 2021.
