NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Cowlitz County, Washington, may attend the Earth Day Celebration on Saturday, April 20, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.at the Cowlitz County Expo Center at 1900 7th Avenue, Longview, WA 98632.
