NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 OF COWLITZ COUNTY, WASHINGTON

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Cowlitz County, Washington will convene into Executive Session on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1) (i): To discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency.

The meeting will take place in the PUD Board Room 961 12th Avenue, Longview, WA. and is estimated to last 60 minutes unless such time is extended by the Presiding Officer. Any action taken related to the Executive Session will occur in a public meeting.
