The State Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate Program is supported with funding from Washington’s Climate Commitment Act (CCA). The CCA supports Washington’s climate action efforts by putting cap-and-invest dollars to work reducing climate pollution, creating jobs, and improving public health. Income Eligibility
Households may qualify if they receive LIHEAP funds, are enrolled in Cowlitz PUD’s discounted rate program or Lower Columbia CAP’s weatherization program, or meet the gross annual income guidelines for their household size.
