Introducing SmartHub

If you are currently enrolled in eBill, Reoccurring Bank Card payments or receive MPP (now called PrePaid) alerts, you will need to RE-ENROLL after October 5th through our new single sign-on application SmartHub (please have your account number handy).

We also have a new phone number for payments 833-410-0516. Also don’t forget to update your bank’s Bill Pay mailing address to PO Box 3007, Longview 98632. If you have any questions please contact a Customer Service Representative at 360-423-2210

What is SmartHub? You will be able to manage your account, view and pay your bill, monitor your usage, report service issues, and receive important notices all at your fingertips! Customers will continue to receive paper bills and make payments through the mail if that is their preference.
