Ways to Donate

  • In Person – Let a CSR know that you would like to make a donation while at the drive-thru or in our lobby.
  • Mail – Mark the Warm Neighbor Donation box on the back of your stub and include it in your payment.
  • SmartHub – Enroll in Warm Neighbor to make a one – time or reoccurring donation.
  • Phone – Call and ask a Customer Service Representative for more information or assistance at 360-423-2210.

About Warm Neighbor

Every month thousands of Cowlitz County families struggle to pay their utility bill. We have created the Warm Neighbor Program to help families needing short-term assistance. As a publicly owned utility, we rely 100% on donations to fund this program.

Many of our customers needing emergency assistance are dealing with unexpected situations such as loss of job, medical emergencies, or other financial burdens. Warm Neighbor assistance often is all families need to get back on their feet. Qualifying applicants must be in a disconnect situation, low-income up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level and are eligible for assistance once every 12 months.

100% of your donation will go to help local families in need.
