             NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Cowlitz County, Washington, will attend the 2019 CEDC Annual Meeting on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at the Cowlitz County Event Center.
