NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Cowlitz County, Washington, may attend the City of Longview Arbor Day on Wednesday, April 10, 2019, between 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. (Planting Starts at 10:00 a.m.) at the Hemlock Playground in Longview, Washington.
