NOTICE OF STATUTORY BUDGET HEARING

 PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 OF COWLITZ COUNTY, WASHINGTON

                  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Cowlitz County, Washington have set the Regular meeting of September 9, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cowlitz PUD Board Room and remotely via Microsoft Teams as the time and place to hold a Public Hearing to determine whether it will be necessary to request a property tax levy for the year 2026, at which time any taxpayer may appear and be heard regarding the whole or any part thereof.
